Participants of a protest rally staged by lawyers against the anti-Islam hate film tear apart the gate and barged into diplomatic enclave, the most secure and guarded area in Pakistan's capital Islamabad.
A large number of lawyers donning traditional black coats holding balck flags, banners and placards kept moving towards the diplomatic enclave.
Strict security measures were made and a heavy police force was present to stop the lawyers rally. Police tried to block the road by steel wires but the protestors crossed all barriers to barge into the red zone after breaking down the gate.
After negotiations between the lawyers and administration Rao Abdul Rahim were permitted to present a memorandum to the US Embassy after which the demonstrators dispersed peacefully.
The protest was watched aerially.
