At least three persons were killed including a former Member Provincial Assembly (MPA) Sindh in fresh incidents of violence in Karachi.
Former MPA Malik Atta was killed when unidentified men opened indiscriminate fire on him near Parsi Gate in Mehmoodabad. Police said that there were four men on two motorcycles. The former MPA’s body was shifted to Jinnah hospital.
Two dead bodies in bags were found near Bagh-e-Halar in Garden area of Karachi. The unidentified bodies were shifted to Civil Hospital for postmortem.
