President Asif Ali Zardari has reiterated that general elections would be held on time, adding that Pakistan People's Party was ready to contest election anytime.
Talking to PPP leaders in Karachi on Thursday, President Zardari said that he was not doing politics by sitting in Aiwan-e-Sadr, but his party was doing politics and no one could snatch the right.
President Zardari said that he was a symbol of federation and not doing politics, but meeting with party workers was his right. Conspiracies being hatched against Pakistan People's Party which would be foiled, he stated.
He said that PPP would win the next general elections. He said that law making was duty of Parliament and his party would make law in future as well.
President Zardari said that if anyone presents his own clarification of the Constitution, he could do so. Bilawal's political training underway and Bilawal and Bakhtawar Bhutto would lead workers in future.
