Supreme Court issued notices to all respondents on Friday in the controversial memogate Scase, including former Ambassador to the US Husain Haqqani and American businessman Mansoor Ijaz.
A nine-member bench of the Supreme Court headed by Chief Justice of Pakistan Iftikhar Muhammad Chaudhry will hear the case on July 12, 2012.
The judicial commission tasked with probing the memogate scandal has already submitted its report to the apex court. The report holds Haqqani guilty of authoring the controversial memorandum – the document delivered to US officials seeking assistance to overthrow the top military brass of the country.
