Pakistan Tehreek-i-Insaf (PTI) has filed another petition with additional points questioning the ruling of Speaker National Assembly over the disqualification of the Prime Minister on Saturday.
In the petition Prime Minister Yousuf Raza Gilani, Speaker National Assembly Fehmida Mirza, federation of Pakistan and Election Commission of Pakistan were made respondents.
The plea questions the constitutionality of the speaker's ruling, the legality of Prime Minister Gilani's holding office after conviction in the contempt proceedings.
The petition also seeks the court to issue stay order against Yousuf Raza Gilani's exercising powers of the prime minister till the court gives its judgement over the petitions against the ruling of the Speaker National Assembly.
These petitions will be heard by a three member bench under the Chief Justice of Pakistan Justice Iftikhar Muhammad Chuadhry on June 6.
