Ten persons were killed and over 24, including 2 women and a child, were injured in a powerful explosion at Scheme Chowk along Kohat Road in Peshawar.
According to ARY NEWS a vehicle of Pak Air Force was the target of the attack. Three civil employees of the Air Force while a passenger coach was totally destroyed by the blast.
The injured conductor of the passenger coach told ARY NEWS that the explosion took pleace near bus stand.
The civil employees of the PAF are shifted to CMH Hospital.
According to ADIG Peshawar the remote controlled explosives were planted in a vehicle.
Emergency was declared at all the hospitals in Peshawar after the powerful blast.
The blast was so loud that it was heard a good distance away.
Many shops and vehicles were destroyed by the blast.
President, PM and the Army Chief have strongly condemned the blast.
