Pakistan People’s Party’s member of National Assembly (MNA) Fauzia Wahab passed away in a Karachi hospital on Sunday.
Sindh Information Minister Sharjeel Memon made the announcement of death publicly. Her death announcement was made in public on 8:10pm.
She served last 25-day in the hospital in illness. She herself went to the hospital last month when she felt pain in her Gallbladder.
Doctors in the hospital removed stones from her Gallbladder ,but her condition deteriorated as doctors failed to stop bleeding and she went into comma.
Fauzia Wahab was born in 1956 and died at the age of 56-year in a Karachi hospital. She left three sons and a daughter in mourners.
Wahab had remained MNA two times. She also served as information secretary Pakistan People’s Party.
Her funeral prayer will be offered in Mubarak Masjid Defence after Zohr prayer.
President Asif Ali Zardari and other politicians expressed condolence over the demise of Fauzia Wahab.
