Finance Minister Dr Abdul Hafeez Shaikh has said that provinces should have to help the federation in collecting the tax because government's expenses are increasing by each passing day while revenue collection doesn't match it.
The provinces should now be able to allocate more funds for the social sector after receiving more funds under the NFC Award, he added.
