Punjab Chief Minister Shahbaz Sharif has alleged that rulers of Islamabad have stopped electricity of Punjab through a conspiracy.
Addressing a protest rally against prolonged outage in Amr Sadhu, Lahore on Thursday, the chief minister said that unscheduled electricity load shedding has not only irked the life of people, but also caused to irreparable loss to industries in Punjab.
Sharif warned of a long march towards Islamabad if the load shedding was not finished with immediate effect.
Protesters also chanted slogans against the federal government.
