A medical board of Islamabad s Polyclinic Hospital has declared the mysterious death the NAB investigator Kamran Faisal as suicide, sources said. The final report of Faisal's death was released on Saturday.

A medical board of Polyclinic Hospital, Islamabad, met here to review Punjab Forensic Science Agency's report on Kamran Faisal's death.
According to sources, the medical board in view of the forensic and postmortem reports declared the death of Kamran Faisal as suicide.
The board after finalizing the report sealed it and handed over to the police investigators.
Federal police had asked the hospital administration to conclude the report soon so that it could be presented before the Supreme Court on February 19.
