Prime Minister Raja Pervez Ashraf has decided to summon the National Assembly session in the first week of July.
It is expected the NA session will ratify April 26 decision of former prime minister Yousuf Raza Gilani redaring presidential order.
President Asif Ali Zardari had issued an ordinance to proctect the decisions of former prime minister. The ordinance also stated that decision of former prime minister could not be challenged.
Sources said that summary has been prepared to summon National Assembly session. It is expected that the session could be called on July three.
