Six children died and 12 were severely burnt by the fire that erupted at the Children Ward of Services Hospital in Lahore.
The fire that erupted suddenly at the Children Ward quickly engulfed the entire ward.
Glasses had to be broken to rescue the children from the burning ward.
The injured children were immediately shifted to the Intensive Care Ward.
Eye witnesses said that fire was started after wires of the air conditioners were burnt by fire.
CM Punjab Shahbaz Sharif expressing sorrow at the loss of precious lives ordered for the submission of report within 24 hours.
