Asia Cup: Pakistan win toss, bat against India

DHAKA: Pakistan captain Misbah-ul-Haq won the toss and elected to bat first against arch rivals India in the fifth match of the Asia Cup one-day tournament here at the Shere Bangla National Stadium on Sunday.

Both teams have made one change each: Pakistan brought in left-arm paceer Wahab Riaz in place of wicketkeeper Sarfraz Ahmed as Umar Akmal will act as keeper in the match. India on the other hand included Yousuf Pathan in place of Jadeja.

Pakistan: Misbah-ul-Haq (capt), Mohammad Hafeez, Nasir Jamshed, Younis Khan, Umar Akmal, Hammad Azam, Shahid Afridi, Umar Gul, Saeed Ajmal, Aizaz Cheema, Wahab Riaz.

India: Mahendra Singh Dhoni (capt), Sachin Tendulkar, Gautam Gambhir, Virat Kohli, Rohit Sharma, Suresh Raina, Yusuf Pathan, Irfan Pathan, Ravichandran Ashwin, Praveen Kumar, Ashok Dinda.

Umpires: Steve Davis (AUS) and Ian Gould (ENG)
TV umpire: Sharfuddoula Shahid (BAN)
Match referee: David Boon (AUS)
