Will not remain silent over Afghan forces intrusion

Secretary Foreign Affairs Jalil Abbas Jeelani has said that Pakistan has serious concern over intrusion from Afghanistan.

Talking to media in Islamabad on Monday, he said Pakistan would lodge a high-level protest over shelling and firing from Afghanistan. He added that efforts being made to prevent from such cases in future.

It is pertinent to mention here that, Afghan National Army bombarded Pakistan's tribal region on Sunday, killing four people including two children.

Jeelani said that an Afghan Peace Delegation reaching Pakistan today. He said that Pakistan would raise the issue before the delegation.

He said that Pakistan wants peace and stability in Afghanistan.
