Charges have been framed against Tehreek Nifaz-e-Shariat Muhammadi's Maulana Sufu Mohammad and 11 others including Maulana Khalid and Maulana Safiullah at special anti-terrorism court in Central Jail Peshawar.
The accuseds face charges including sedition, interference in government works and kidnapping of personnels of khawazakhel Police Station.
Twelve accuseds are nominated in the case registered in 1995, of whom two are declared absconders while two are free on bail.
The provincial government had withdrawn the case during the peace agreement but the case was reopened against Sufi Mohammad due to violation of the peace treaty.
