Supreme Court on Monday approved bail plea of former minister Yar Mohammad Rind in a kidnap for ransom case.
The apex court ordered to release Rind on bail after submitting 2 surety documents of five lac each if he was not wanted in any other case. The court also adjourned hearing of the case till November 19.
Earlier, counsel of Yar Mohammad Rind M Akram Sheikh stated that his client was convicted because of absence during the case hearing. Sheikh said that nor proof was presented before him in the court
neither the court indicted him.
Sheikh further said that Deputy Prosecutor General could remain fail to present any record in record with the issue and requested to adjourn the case.
